Club medi is our rewards and loyalty club for retail customers purchasing on our website www.mediaustralia.au

Get rewarded for every dollar you spend with us. Similar to other rewards clubs, you can swap points for a discount off a future shop at medi. 

Club medi is only available to retail customers.

After you make your first purchase you're automatically a Club medi Member and can check your points by clicking the icon on the bottom left of the screen.

You can also click the Club medi icon to pre-join before you make your first purchase - just use the same email address each time.

Earning points is easy, simply make a purchase and you will automatically earn one point for every dollar spent.

You can also earn extra points or special offers by doing specific actions.

You must be logged in to Club medi to connect your purchases, and to earn points for social likes and shares etc.

Click on the Club medi icon (below left of screen) and follow the prompts, links and buttons to connect to your medi account - this way we know where to allocate your points.

Click on the Club medi icon (bottom left of screen) and then click 'Ways to earn'. You'll see different ways to earn extra points.

From sharing and liking our social media to having a birthday or referring a friend, there are lots of ways to earn points that you can redeem for a discount off your next order.

1. Earn 20 points when signing up (first purchase)
2. Earn 1 point for every dollar (e.g. spend $210 = 210 points)
3. Earn 20 points on your birthday (please add your birth date)
4. Earn 5 points by liking medi’s page on Facebook
5. Earn 5 points by sharing medi’s page on Facebook
6. Earn 10 points by following medi’s page on Instagram
7. Earn 5 points by following medi’s page on X (twitter)
8. Refer a friend to medi. Once the referred friend makes their first medi purchase you'll get a $10 gift certificate each. 
9. Swap points for free shipping or other offers.

No. Club medi points cannot be used with other medi offers. 

E.g. If we are having a sale or promotion (like Black Friday etc.) with a percente off discount - you cannot use Club medi points on the same purchase.

Club medi points can only be redeemed off full-price items.

If you prefer to use your points instead of a current offer, simply go to your cart at checkout and cancel the Promotional Code being used and then go to your Club medi account (bottom left icon) and redeem the points you want to use on your order. This will add a new Promotional Code and utilise your Club medi points.

For every friend you refer who makes a purchase at medi, we will give you both $10 to spend on future purchases. 

You can click on the rewards icon (bottom left) and scroll down to Refer your friends.

By using your referral code either through email or text (click the copy button to paste into your text messages or email) and share with your friends.

You can also do this by clicking the email, facebook or X buttons too!

Once your referred friend makes their first purchase both accounts will receive a $10 gift voucher to spend at medi.
